Enjoy true farm-to-table dining in Orlando, FL

The farm-to-table dining experience begins with our talented culinary team harvesting the day's best produce from the farm, then creating a menu that showcases these ingredients. It is our commitment that every menu item contains at least one ingredient from our farm. The experienced butcher staff also creates several types of charcuterie from the best meats available, most local to Florida. The daily butcher's board features large cuts of meat, slow-cooked for hours over oak embers, designed to share just as we have always done at Whisper Creek Farm.

A combination of these things and excellent service brings the farm's uniqueness right to the lobby of JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes.

Whisper Creek Farm

Whisper Creek Farm features a 7,000-square-foot fruit and vegetable garden with an adjoining 6,000-square-foot outdoor event space. The farm grows broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, yellow squash, blueberries, plantains, bananas, tomatoes, a pumpkin patch, and much more. As is natural with its Central Florida location, the space features eighteen seven-foot citrus trees, including tangerine, kaffir lime, kumquat and pineapple. Products from the farm are featured in restaurant dishes and beverages throughout Grande Lakes Orlando. Whisper Creek Farm is located behind the 6th hole at The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club on the southernmost edge of the resort.

Whisper Creek Farm: The Brewery

Brewing beer and cooking are a form of art. Our culinary team is very passionate about "scratch cooking";  it was natural progression to brew beer in the resort as well. JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes is now the only full service hotel with a license to brew and serve craft beer. The 26-gallon nano-brewery is designed to brew two seasonal ales each week. Products from Whisper Creek Farm are utilized to make each brew unique. We have collaborated with Big Storm Brewery to brew our signature beer - "Surplus",  which utilizes local honey ("surplus honey" is the honey in excess of what bees need to survive) and organic citrus to make a very refreshing pale ale. These beers are just one more way to enjoy the creativity of our culinary team during your visit.
